Mohamed has many years of professional experience from working for two internationally oriented commercial law firms as well as from his entrepreneurial practice. His work focuses on legal advice on large-scale projects in the area of European data law with particular reference to group structures.
The core tasks include building sustainable compliance structures, in particular in accordance with GDPR, Data Act and AIAct. This includes in particular the design and implementation of internal control mechanisms, the preparation of organizational guidelines, the implementation of comprehensive audits and the review of compliance with legal requirements.
In addition, there is extensive experience in carrying out data law due diligences as part of corporate transactions.
The advice also regularly covers interfaces between data law and other areas of law, in particular consumer law as well as employment law, unfair competition law, antitrust law and contract law.
