The SIDD Institute for Data Protection and Data Security was founded in 2017 to meet the growing demand for high-quality data protection consulting. Our focus lies in combining legal expertise, practical implementation and technical know-how. By expanding our team with software developers and consultants, we respond flexibly to new technical requirements.
With a growing team and a strong position in the market as a boutique consultancy, our range of services has evolved into that of a full-service provider. We take on complete data protection and privacy compliance projects, support as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) and technical implementation consulting. We currently support more than 70% of our mandates as an external DPO.

Priverion Solutions AG
As a dynamic company, we work closely with the LegalTech and RegTech sector, not least with our own software provider, Priverion Solutions AG. In early 2020, the DPMS (Data Protection Management System) developed there was introduced as a SaaS solution. Since 2023, the Priverion platform has also been in use in the area of information security – for example ISO 27001, NIS2 or DORA.
